The committed faculty of the BIC come together to offer students a diverse and challenging curriculum. They work together in team-taught courses to involve students in their own education.

The administrators of the BIC work behind the scenes to ensure the BIC runs smoothly. From courses, to advisement, to rooms, to special events, these administrators work in the university systems to provide students with the best program possible.

The BIC invites faculty from different departments across campus to teach BIC courses and to provide different perspectives to students.

These are retired faculty members who have been integral to the BIC's creation and continuation. Although they no longer teach BIC courses, they have left a lasting impression on the BIC program and alumni.
